We look for value-add real estate investment opportunities and joint ventures between $5 million and $50 million. We are quick, responsive, unfiltered, curious and open to all property types. We know that great results are a function of being selective, consultative, making the right judgement calls and executing them to the best of our and our partners’ abilities.
